Tow Trucks for Columbus Game Days, Campuses and Malls
Busy places break cars in their own ways: crowded garages, closed streets and long walks back to the lot. These pages cover the spots we get called to most.
- Open 24/7, 365 days
- Flatbed-only fleet
- Price quoted before dispatch
- Licensed & insured
Stadiums, arenas & big events
- Ohio Stadium game days
When the tailgate is over and the car will not cooperate, call one number for a jump, a lockout or a flatbed out of the campus traffic.
- Schottenstein Center
Winter basketball, hockey and big-name shows at Value City Arena mean cold lots and late exits. We answer at any hour if your car won't go home with you.
- Nationwide Arena
Hockey nights and arena concerts end with thousands of cars spiraling out of downtown garages at once. If yours is the one that won't start, we can help.
- Arena District
Between the apartments, offices, restaurants and three event venues, the Arena District is busy most nights of the week. Our flatbeds cover all of it.
- Columbus Crew stadium
Black and gold all day, then a car that refuses to go home. We handle the jump, the gas can or the flatbed so the match stays the memorable part.
- Huntington Park
Summer baseball downtown is a great night out until a hot battery quits in the lot. We cover Clippers games from the first pitch in April to the last out in September.
- Greater Columbus Convention Center
Trade shows, expos and the Arnold bring drivers from across the region to North High Street. If your car or van gives out mid-show, one call sorts it.
- Ohio Expo Center & State Fair
Twelve days of rides, livestock and fried food each summer, plus horse shows and expos the rest of the year. If your car gives out at the fairgrounds, call us.
- Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
A dead battery with tired kids in the back seat is nobody's idea of fun. We send help to the zoo, the water park and Riverside Drive any time of day.
- Memorial Tournament at Muirfield
One week each spring, a quiet corner of Dublin turns into a PGA Tour stop. If your car quits on the way in, at a shuttle lot or on the drive home, we can help.
- Red, White & BOOM!
Columbus's early-July fireworks pack the riverfront like nothing else all year. If your car is the one that won't leave afterward, here is how we help.
- Downtown festivals
From June into late summer, downtown and the Short North host one big festival after another. We keep a flatbed ready for the drivers who need one.
College campuses
- Ohio State campus
Jump starts, lockouts and flatbed tows across Ohio State's campus and the University District, plus long hauls home when the school year ends.
- Columbus State
Columbus State is a commuter campus, so when your car fails there, it's your ride home that's gone. We get you running again, or get the car to a shop.
- Capital University
A small campus on a quiet Bexley street, and a car that picked the worst week to quit. We handle jumps, lockouts and tows for Capital students and their families.
- Columbus College of Art & Design
Late studio nights, cars full of canvases and a campus squeezed into a few downtown blocks. When the car quits, we come to Cleveland Avenue.
- Franklin University
Franklin's students tend to have jobs, families and long commutes. When the car fails downtown after class, we get it started or get it to a shop.
- Ohio Dominican University
A residential campus on the northeast side, with students who drive in from all over. Jumps, lockouts, tows to the shop and long hauls home.
- Otterbein University
Otterbein's campus runs right into Uptown Westerville's brick storefronts. When a student's car quits there, we send a flatbed up from Columbus.
- Ohio Wesleyan University
Ohio Wesleyan sits a good distance north of Columbus, and many of its students come from much farther. We handle the breakdown on campus and the trip home.
Shopping districts
- Easton Town Center
Car dead in an Easton garage or locked with the keys inside? We send a driver to your row, fix it on the spot when we can, and flatbed it out when we can't.
- Polaris Fashion Place area
From the mall garage to a strip-center lot off Polaris Parkway, we jump, unlock and flatbed cars across the Polaris area at any hour.
- Tuttle Crossing
Stuck near the I-270 Tuttle Crossing Boulevard exit? We handle no-starts, lockouts, flat tires and flatbed tows for shoppers, hotel guests and commuters.
- Bridge Park, Dublin
Dinner ran late and now the car won't start in the garage? We help Bridge Park visitors and residents with jumps, lockouts and careful flatbed tows.
- Tanger Outlets Sunbury
Shopping trip cut short by a dead battery or a flat in the outlet lot? We come up I-71 to fix it on the spot or carry the car home on a flatbed.
Airport & travel
- John Glenn Columbus Airport
Back from a trip and your car won't start in airport parking? We jump it, change the tire or flatbed it home from John Glenn Columbus International.
If your car was towed

Your parking spot is empty. Before panicking, work through these steps to learn whether the car was towed or stolen, where it went, and how to get it back.
Stuck somewhere right now?
Tell us where you are and what you drive; the quote comes before the truck.
Event and parking-lot questions
Can a tow truck get into a stadium or campus lot during an event?
Usually, but timing matters. While crowds are arriving or leaving, police may close streets and lot exits. The dispatcher plans around that, and sometimes it is quicker to wait until the lot clears. Tell us the lot name or the nearest gate when you call.
My car died in a mall parking lot. Do I need a tow?
Often not. Most parking-lot calls are dead batteries or lockouts, which a driver fixes on the spot for a flat roadside rate. If the car still won't run, it can go on the flatbed right there. See jump start service.
My car is gone from where I parked. Was it towed?
It may have been towed under Ohio's private-property rules or by police order. Our guide to finding a towed car in Columbus explains who to call and what to bring.
