How We Handle Your Information

Last updated October 13, 2026. This policy covers the website at autolyftusa.online and the calls, texts and emails that come to Auto Lyft USA Inc. through it.

What the website collects

This is a plain information site. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no shopping cart. We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking cookies at this time. Your browser may keep its own cache of the pages you view, but that stays on your device.

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers record routine technical details when a page is requested: your IP address, the browser type, the page asked for and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors or build profiles.

Location on the request page

Our request page offers a button that reads your phone's location. That happens only if you tap the button and approve your phone's permission prompt. The coordinates are written into a draft text message on your own device. They are not uploaded to the website, saved by it or sent anywhere else. We see your location only if you choose to press send on that message. If you close the draft, the location goes nowhere.

What you tell us directly

When you call, text or email, we receive what you share, which usually includes:

• your name and phone number, and your email address if you write to us;
• where the vehicle is and where it should go;
• the year, make, model and condition of the vehicle, and sometimes its plate or VIN;
• payment details needed to complete the charge;
• photos the driver takes of the vehicle before loading it.

How we use it

We use this information to quote and carry out the job, to reach you about it, to bill for it and to keep a record of it. Job records and loading photos are kept so we can answer later questions about an invoice or a damage report, and because tax and business rules require us to keep certain records. We do not use your phone number for marketing calls or promotional texts.

When information is shared

We share only what a particular job requires, with:

• a partner towing or heavy-wrecker company when we arrange a job our own trucks cannot handle;
• the repair shop or destination you send the vehicle to;
• our payment processor, to complete a card charge;
• police or a court, when the law requires it, for example after a crash or when a vehicle is towed from private property.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

Links to other sites

Some links leave our site, such as the Google Maps directions to our yard and our US Tow Alliance listing. Those services have their own privacy policies, and what they collect when you visit them is governed by those policies, not this one.

Security and retention

We keep job records only as long as we need them for the reasons above, and we limit who on our team can see them. No method of storage is perfect, but we take reasonable care, and we never ask for full card numbers by text or email.

Children

The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about a job of yours, have something corrected, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. Email lisa@autolyftusa.online or call (614) 633-8163, and tell us the date and location of the job so we can find it.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, an online form or anything else that changes what we collect, we will update this page before the change goes live. Our terms of service cover pricing, payment and claims.
