How do I know how far you are from me?
Every truck leaves from 1620 Harrisburg Pike, southwest of downtown. Plug that address and yours into any map app and use the driving miles. Every town page on our areas list also shows its distance from the yard.
Is the online towing estimate the final price?
It is built from the same rate card the dispatcher uses, so it should be close. The dispatcher confirms the final number on the phone before sending a truck, using the actual address and conditions.
Can I book the tow from this page?
Not directly. Call (614) 633-8163, or send your location by text from the request page, and mention the estimate you got here.
What if I don't know where the car needs to go?
Leave the drop-off at a guess. Most local tows land within 5 to 15 miles. If you need a mechanic, we can suggest a partner shop close to you, which keeps the loaded miles down. Each loaded mile is $7.
