Get directions in Google Maps

We sit on Harrisburg Pike (US-62) on Columbus's southwest side, close to the I-70, I-71 and I-270 interchanges. This is where stored vehicles are kept and released. Call before you drive over so a staff member can meet you at the gate.

Hours

Dispatch is open around the clock, 365 days a year. There is no answering service and no "call back Monday." To collect a stored vehicle, phone first and the dispatcher sets a pickup time with you.

What to have ready when you call

A two-minute call turns into a firm quote when the dispatcher has these five things. Do not worry if you are missing one; we will work it out together.

  1. Where you are. A street address is ideal. On a highway, say which way you were heading plus the closest exit sign or mile marker. In a parking garage, the level and the entrance you used.
  2. The vehicle. Year, make and model, plus anything unusual: all-wheel drive, electric or hybrid, lowered suspension, a flat tire or a wheel that will not turn.
  3. The keys. Whether you have them, and whether the car rolls in neutral. A locked car with no key changes how the driver loads it.
  4. Where it is going. Your home, a dealer, your own mechanic or a shop we suggest. Loaded miles are part of the price, so the destination matters.
  5. How you will pay. We take cash and debit or credit cards. The card fee and any discounts are on the rate card, and you can run the numbers yourself with the estimator.

For businesses

Fleet operators, repair shops, dealers and property managers can set up an account so drivers or staff call one number and the paperwork lands in one place. Email lisa@autolyftusa.online with your company name, roughly how many vehicles or lots are involved and the kind of work you expect, and Lisa Peer will reply to talk terms. Details on each kind of account live on our fleet towing and private property towing pages.

Contact questions

Is texting as fast as calling?

For a vehicle that needs moving right now, calling is quicker because the dispatcher can ask follow-up questions in seconds. Texting works well when you are somewhere loud, cannot talk freely, or want to send a photo of the car or a pin of your spot.

Will someone really pick up at 3 a.m.?

Yes. The dispatch line at (614) 633-8163 is staffed every hour of every day, holidays included. Overnight jobs carry the after-hours add-on listed on our rates page, and the dispatcher tells you the total before sending a truck.

Can I just show up at the yard?

Please call ahead. The yard is a working lot, not a storefront, and the trucks are often out. A quick call makes sure someone is there to release a stored vehicle or hand over paperwork.

Who handles billing questions or a complaint?

Email lisa@autolyftusa.online. That inbox goes to the owner, Lisa Peer. Include the date, the pickup location and the name on the invoice so she can pull the job record and the loading photos.
