Send your location by text
Tap the button below. Your phone will ask whether this page may read your location. If you allow it, a text message opens with a Google Maps link to your exact spot already written in. Fill in the blanks and send it.
No location? Use these instead
These work on any phone, with or without location services.
Call (614) 633-8163 Text a request
Typing your location by hand? A street address works best. On the interstate, name the road, which way you were headed and the last exit you passed.
What happens after you send it
- A dispatcher reads it. Texts to (614) 633-8163 go to the same people who answer the phone, at any hour.
- You get questions or a quote. If something is unclear, such as whether the keys are with you or where the car should go, the dispatcher texts or calls to ask. Then you receive a price built from our published rates and a live estimate of when the truck should reach you.
- You confirm. Reply yes and a flatbed is assigned. No reply, no truck, no charge.
- The driver arrives and photographs the car. Before loading, the driver takes pictures all the way around, then secures the vehicle on the deck and confirms the drop-off address with you.
- Drop-off and payment. The car goes where you asked: home, your mechanic or a repair shop we suggest. Payment is by cash, debit or credit card.
If you are on a busy road, stay in the car with your belt on or move well away from traffic. Anyone injured, or a car stopped in a travel lane, means dialing 911 before you contact us.
About texting a request
Does this page track my location?
No. Your phone asks permission, and the coordinates are only placed inside a text message on your own screen. Nothing is sent to us or stored by the website. If you delete the message without sending, we never see it.
What if location is turned off or the button does nothing?
Use the plain text or call buttons instead and describe where you are: a street address, a business name, or the highway, direction and nearest exit. Calling (614) 633-8163 is always fine.
Is a text request a commitment to pay?
No. Nothing is booked until the dispatcher replies with a price and you agree to it. You can say no, ask questions or change the destination first.
Can I use this for a roadside call instead of a tow?
Yes. Replace the problem line with what you need, such as a jump start, a lockout or fuel. The dispatcher quotes the roadside rate if no tow is needed.
