Pataskala lies close to 18 miles east-northeast of our Harrisburg Pike yard, in Licking County just past the Franklin County line. There are two good ways in. One follows I-70 out to the Etna interchange and turns north up Main Street; the other is the I-270 outerbelt to East Broad Street, which becomes SR-16 and runs straight across Pataskala. The dispatcher chooses whichever is moving better and tells you when to look for the carrier.
The city is large in area but light on traffic lights, so our work here is a blend of town and country. Downtown along Main Street and Broad Street, with its cluster of historic brick buildings, produces lockouts and no-start calls. Newer neighborhoods and the Licking Heights schools on the west side bring early-morning jump starts. On the south side, the Pataskala Corporate Park between Mink Street and Refugee Road is filling with company headquarters and plants, and back roads like Township Road and McIntosh Road see the occasional slide-off into a ditch.
Whatever the job, the car rides on one of our flatbeds, never dragged on its wheels. If yours will not move at all, from an old project car to a vehicle that has sat for years, our junk car removal service can clear it out. For anything else, phone (614) 633-8163 or fill in our tow request, and you will have the price before dispatch.

Towing in Pataskala: common questions
Which route does your tow truck take to reach Pataskala?
We start from our yard on the southwest side of Columbus, roughly 18 miles away on a straight line. The driver either takes I-70 east and turns north on SR-310 at the Etna interchange, or uses I-270 and heads out East Broad Street, which turns into SR-16. You will get a live arrival estimate based on whichever path is quicker.
Can you tow from downtown Pataskala on Main Street?
Yes. The historic blocks around Main and Broad have tight curbside parking and some narrow alleys, but our flatbeds can usually load right from the street. If your car is in a small lot behind a building, describe the entrance so the driver knows how to approach. We try to keep the lane blocked as briefly as possible.
My car died at the COTC Pataskala campus. Can you help?
Yes. Students and staff call us from the lots at Broad Street and Taylor Road fairly often, mostly for dead batteries. The driver jump-starts the car and tests the battery, and our jump start page explains what happens if it needs replacing. Bring your ID and the car's paperwork if you have them.
Do you come out to the Pataskala Corporate Park?
Yes. As more companies move into the park between Mink Street and Refugee Road, more employees call us for no-starts and flat tires after work. Give us the company name and which lot you are in. If there is a gate, tell the guard we are on the way so the driver is not stuck outside.
What about fireworks night at Foundation Park?
That evening is one of the busiest in town, with cars parked along McIntosh Road and nearby streets. If you have trouble after the show, call and give the dispatcher the closest intersection. The driver may have to wait for traffic to clear before reaching you, but we will get there.
I have an old car sitting in my yard in Pataskala. Can you haul it away?
Yes. Rural properties around Pataskala often have a car that has not run in years. Our flatbeds can winch it out of a yard or barn and haul it to a scrap yard or new owner. Ohio title rules apply, so have the title or other paperwork ready. The driver will walk you through the paperwork before the car leaves your property.
How much is a tow in Pataskala?
Pataskala is a longer trip from our yard than most Franklin County towns, so travel takes up more of the cost. Where the car goes, the hour you call and extras like winching affect it too. The dispatcher quotes the entire job before a truck heads out, and you can see how we price it on our rates page.
Do you serve towns near Pataskala?
Yes. From Pataskala we often continue to Etna, Blacklick, Johnstown and New Albany, and back toward Reynoldsburg. Western Licking County is a regular part of our east-side work, so you are not outside our area just because you crossed the county line. A car picked up in Pataskala can also come all the way back to a Columbus shop or to our own yard if that suits you better.
